Return Policy Overview:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To initiate a return, customers must provide sensible proof of the issue and contact our helpline at 0092 337-1669988 within this timeframe.

Replacement for Defective or Damaged Items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us within the 14-day return window. We will provide a full refund, including shipping charges, for damaged or defective items.

Exchange Policy:

If the product received is correct, undamaged, and not defective at the time of delivery, we do not accept returns. However, exchanges for other products are possible within the 14-day return period. All shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged During Delivery:

If the product has been damaged during delivery and not by the buyer, customers should not accept the parcel if the flyer seal is broken. Customers must inspect their order upon reception. It is recommended to record a video while unboxing/opening the flyer in bright light for proof, which will facilitate the claims process. If the claim is approved by our Quality teams, the buyer will receive a replacement product. All postage and insurance costs for damaged during delivery claims will be covered by Pure Golden Drops.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom Products: This includes special orders or personalized items that are made specifically for individual customers. Due to their unique nature, custom products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them. Please note the following conditions:

  • Refund Conditions: Upon return, you will receive a refund for the product(s) minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee based on the product price.

Return Request Approval:

If your return request is not approved, we will inform you about the reason for the decision. Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our return policy.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Original Form: All products must be returned in their original form, including being unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached. Additionally, all accessories that came with the product must be included.
  • Quality Check: All items sent for return will undergo a quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition.

Products can be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to the following deductions:

  • Shipping charges
  • A 20% restocking fee based on the product price

  • Non-Returnable Items:Please note that items not purchased at OnlinePGD.com are not returnable.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post and prepay all postage fees. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Recommended Method: We advise using a registered post service for returning the product. Prepaying postage helps ensure a smoother return process.
  • Risk Assumption: You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods during transit. To mitigate this risk, we recommend purchasing shipment registration or insurance from your postal carrier.
  • Responsibility: Pure Golden Drops will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us. It’s important to take appropriate precautions to protect your shipment.

  • Peace of Mind: Purchasing shipping insurance provides added protection against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your return is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover the value of the item.
